It is a 2001 Canby steel four horse trailer with four foot short wall living quarters. The living quarters include sink, refrigerator, closet, 25 gal. water tank, water heater, foam insulation. A shower is mounted in the rear, propane and battery mounted on front, electric jack, stud wall and saddle rack in rear, hay rack on roof and corral panel hanger on side. It is lifted 5 inches for clearance on rough roads. It has been well maintained with minimal rust and has a good floor and tires. Wheel bearings are packed and it's ready to go to work for you.
